Champion and Expanded QAD Process Intelligence Capabilities

QAD introduces Champion, a generative AI assistant, for Product Classification within the QAD Global Trade and Transportation Execution (GTTE)solution.

With Pragmatic AI capabilities now baked into QAD GTTE, using models that answer direct business use cases and needs to drive tangible outcomes, organizations up and down the supply chain are able to ensure accurate product classifications when determining duties, qualifying for trade agreements and adhering to governmental requirements. Additionally, Champion has now been integrated into the Process Intelligence solution, assisting customers in identifying and interpreting process anomalies, driving more informed, data-driven decisions.

QAD continues to advance its solutions by exploring Process Intelligence applications tailored for 3PL companies, offering a control tower approach that provides real-time visibility and greater oversight across daily operations. This enables businesses to proactively manage logistics, improve decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
